Will provide good volume to enjoy at normal to slightly loud listening levels, but with its size... it's not designed to crank up super loud. Internally has AM, FM, vertical CD Player, and pop-out tray for connecting an iPod (see specs in Manual). Will play mP3 tracks/discs !
