Who is successful?
In this position, individuals take incoming calls from business customers. There are no outbound calls and no cold-calling. Being dependable and enthusiastic is required as there are sales goals and targets that need to be achieved. Educating and delivering an excellent customer experience is critical in this role. If you thrive with competition and enjoy building relationships- we will provide the training for your success.
If you have a high school diploma/GED are comfortable using computers and have some customer service or sales experience-we look forward to talking to you.
When Can You Start?
Hiring Class starts on September 25th, 2017. Paid training the first eight weeks (no time off allowed during training.) The training highlights applicable system, product, process, customer service and basic sales skills.
Pre-Employment Screening: Drug screen and background check required.
