Position Summary
The Reliability Engineer will manage projects specifically intended to develop and integrate a reliability program into operations. Key areas of responsibility include development and implementation of a comprehensive reliability program, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) improvements, equipment design analysis, and support of Predictive and Preventive Maintenance activities at the plant level.
Requirements:
Bachelors or equivalent degree in engineering, mechanical, electrical, civil.

years of experience implementing reliability programs in a mining or heavy industrial environment.
Experience evaluating equipment failure modes and training to develop solutions that eliminate/mitigate potential failure
Experience identifying, Planning, and Executing component-level Reliability Improvement Projects to incrementally improve plant performance
Partner with other locations to develop Reliability Best Practices and to collaboratively work through common issues
Define Condition Monitoring Inspection Requirements and develop and support a Predictive Maintenance Program
Assist in developing the Failure Code Catalogue, technical database and support division PM program to implement industry best practices
Participate in enhancing and training personnel and foster a culture of reliability. Develops and provides training to personnel so that they can support safety, equipment reliability, and process efficiency.
Able to manage multiple projects in multiple areas throughout the division simultaneously.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve desired goals. Strong team leader accomplished in setting and achieving common goals
Effective oral and written communication skills; excellent report writing skills; proficient computer skills a must, including Word, Excel, AutoCad, and Outlook.
Other duties as assigned and willing to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic to accommodate job requirements.
