Controls Technician
Outsource is on the hunt for Controls Technician in Greensboro, NC. The right building automation controls service technician must be proficient using a computer, knowledgeable with Windows, and have a strong background with building automation.
Controls Technician Requirements:
3 to 5 years engineer/service experience
Knowledge of automation systems, HVAC, electrical concepts, and building operations preferred. Working engineering and programming background preferred.
Skilled in programming, job start-up and checkout, and troubleshooting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication and customer relation skills.
Experience working on graphics, performing TEC startup, and point-to-point checkout
Certifications:
o EPA (I, II, III, Universal)
o Tridium AX (called Tridium FX if administered by JCI) is a PLUS!!!!
o Manufacturer certifications
