Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities
The position will provide tactical assistance for the following:
o Rename all existing options model names to be consistent with current price book
o Review and transfer all existing deviations from MacPac to AX
o Review and transfer all existing promotions from MacPac to AX
o Test AX system to validate pricing and discounts are being calculated correctly
o Also might support the following activities:
o System line item price updates and auditing
o End of year price book updates
o Contractual price sheet builds
o Program analysis
o Distributor rebate data gathering
o Mailing rebate letters and related documentation
III. Personal Trait Profile
o High level of integrity with sensitivity to confidential information
o Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
o Ability to work on projects independently
IV. Background and Skill
o Strong MS Excel skills and overall high comfort level working on projects involving data
o Not adverse to working on several interconnected IT systems such as Essbsase, Hyperion and related systems
o Experience with Microsoft AX a strong plus
o Ability to learn quicklyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
