For more than 44 years, Ralph Lauren's reputation and distinctive image have been consistently developed across an expanding number of products, brands and international markets.Purpose and Scope : The Wholesale Operations analyst is responsible for working with the Wholesale Operations team to develop and enhance KPI reporting and visibility tools, support and identify Wholesale optimization opportunities and develop executive communication. Report Development
Create standard, automated reports that measure and highlight distribution KPI's
Develop visibility tools to track the flow of product through the Wholesale Operations areas
Work with all Operations sub areas (Receiving, Reserve, Pick Pack, Shipping, QC, and Inventory Control) to develop visibility solutions to support optimization initiatives
Review existing reports to ensure they are business appropriate and identify potential enhancements
Develop reporting highlighting volume flow, performance and other business metrics
Automate existing processes to ensure accuracy and reduce reporting time requirements
Provide optimal solutions that deliver streamlined access to data allowing users to shift focus from data compilation to analysis and process improvement
Provide advanced analytical and technical solutions using MS Access, Excel, Showcase Strategy, and other business tools that can be effectively managed by individuals with operational skill sets Business Analysis & Projects
Evaluate reporting and data to identify trends and communicate potential risk and opportunities
Work with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
Meet with individuals to gather reporting and project requirements
Develop detailed project plans and communicate project statuses
Provide ad-hoc data analysis and business support Executive Communication
Support the senior management team in the development of business updates
Develop presentation materials based upon conceptual descriptions
Coordinate the compilation and integration of materials from all Operations sub areas.
Provide additional communication support as necessaryKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Expert with relational databases and MS Access
Very strong with SQL (Structured Query Language) reporting
Very strong with Showcase Strategy software
Strong knowledge of PkMS software system, and working knowledge of how it works in each operations sub-area.
Ability to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision and a sense of urgency
Career oriented individual with a strong work ethic and proven track record
Strong leadership, analytical and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to share information and present data in an organized fashion
Possess ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Advanced PC skills are a must: Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
2 - 4 years of work experience related to Supply Chain, Distribution, Transportation or IT

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
