We are currently seeking a hard-working, enthusiastic and business savvy intern looking for experience in the music industry. This program is a great start to any career in the music industry and helps build networks and experience. This may lead to a long term position within the company. We are currently looking for college students to promote our artist Derik Fein.

The departments available for interns include: A & R- Computer proficiency for the possibility of burning discs, working closely with A & R department heads, and various administrative duties. IT- The intern would assist department in supporting client database, and various administrative duties. Promotions- The intern would be involved in promoting physical events, online promotion, promotion of artists locally, working with radio stations, and various administrative duties. Publicity/Marketing- The intern would possibly assist in event setup for artists, assist with department functions, and various administrative duties.
Requirements
You are aspiring to work in the music industry. Have working knowledge of how online promotion works. Having a business management, journalism, or music management degree helps but it's not required. Can handle a fast-paced, high energy environment. Excellent computer skills, primarily Microsoft Word and Excel.
Make a commitment of at least 10 hours per week (maximum 15 hours per week)

Even though this internship is unpaid, students do get an opportunity to gain real world experience at one of the top music companies in the industry. Many previous interns go on to gain full-time employment with the organization. In fact, all interested seniors are given the chance to meet with an on-site recruiter upon graduation to be considered for any full-time positions that exist.
