4 year Degree in Metallurgy or Materials Science
3+ years of experience in the field of metallurgical evaluation and analysis
Knowledge of Stainless steels and Nickel based alloys
Experience with heat treatable alloys a plus
Ability to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes related to furnace operations
