## Description
The Product Support Administrator plays a lead role with internal and external supplier communication for the Customer Service and Service Parts organization. Responsible for identifying Customer Service and Service Parts business objectives for PSA and other supplier contract negotiations.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
1. Research products, lead product and supplier discussions with Customer Service members and other departments as required to identify Customer Service contract negotiation business objectives.
2. Maintain, track and distribute contract and pertinent supplier information for organization.
3. Coordinate communication of Customer Service and Service Parts input and business objectives to Supply Chain Management to support contract negotiations.
4. Act as Customer Service point of contact for majority of supplier communication; obtain and furnish supplier information to other functional areas.
5. Facilitate cost reduction initiatives that enhance the overall affordability of Service Parts working closely with Engineering, Supply Chain Management and other departments.
6. Track deliverables and report to management on supplier contract status.
7. Develop and maintain supplier databases, records, and files.
8. Develop and evaluate processes for continuous improvements in efficiency.
9. Perform special assignments and other job related duties as assigned by management.
## Qualifications
Education, Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:
1. Four year degree in business or related technical field.
2. Three (3) years or more experience in aircraft after market contracts / Product Support Agreements (PSA) is mandatory.
3. Three (3) years experience with PSA negotiations is mandatory.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Experience with SAP strongly preferred.
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
4. Good project management skills.
5. Familiarity with aircraft parts, component repair and overhaul and after-market customer service.
6. Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
7. Strong attention to detail with proven ability to collect and analyze data.
8. Experience in formulating and communicating action plans and deliver results.
Physical Requirements:
1. Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.).
2. Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
3. Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions.
4. Effectively communicate in Business English language.
5. Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 10 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties.
