_Purpose of Position_
Provide management oversight of Maintenance Service Contracts for Major Oil and/or National Account customers including upgrade programs and projects rollouts. Manage revenue and cost to achieve margin targets. Manage scorecard performance to achieve critical Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Provide leadership and guidance to internal associates supporting day-to-day maintenance operations, which include both technical and administrative disciplines.
Manage external Authorized Service Contractors (ASCs) to achieve defined customer service levels and cost targets.

_Key Responsibilities_
Achieve margin targets through cost control measures.
Achieve Scorecard KPI targets.
Establish procedures to ensure compliance and delivery of customers' service contract requirements.
Ensure the financial success of all assigned programs and projects, meet all committed delivery dates & measures, and cultivate ongoing customer satisfaction.
Lead Cooperative Business Planning with customers, including jointly establishing key service performance targets with the customer, identifying and implementing quality & process improvement initiatives to achieve the targets, and reviewing metrics and action plans with customers on a regular basis.
Resolve contractual issues with support personnel, sales personnel, distributors, service providers, and marketing personnel to ensure program success.
Develop quotations and scope of work for new services.
The Service Account Manager will work with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that when new products are presented to existing Major Oil Customers to promote increased service revenue and customer satisfaction. __
_Background and Skill_
Four-year undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
Demonstrated project management skills
Microsoft Access (desired but not required)
Effectively drive results
Effectively utilize resources to meet all customer contractual requirements (minimum)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
