has an immediate need for payroll individualsto come join our client's team located in Greensboro, NC as Payroll Processors! In this critical role, you will be responsible for processing company payroll in conjunction with schedules and union agreements. On a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis, it will be your duty to provide numerous payroll related reports to various individuals. You will also assist operational and project teams with the exciting support, analysis and testing of payroll concepts and methodologies. ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Handle tier 1 WFA cases relating to individuals role and assigned payrolls
Work in conjunction with payroll outsourcing partner to help resolve operational and employee-related issues
Assist management in identifying and implementing process improvements
Create and update work instructions with new process improvements and enhancements
Additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
3
years of relevant HR administration experience, payroll processing experience preferred
Experience dealing with conflict and problem resolution
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Ability to use a wide range of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP knowledge, company legacy systems, 3rd party systems such as Service Management Tool (SMT), ADP Enterprise and ADP ReportSmith)
This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
