Responsibilities:
1.
Coordinate and assist/manage all purchasing activities, including the procurement of electrical materials, components, and equipment.
2.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring quality materials are received at competitive prices.
3.
Create formulas and spreadsheets in Excel to document materials, cost, and delivery schedules.
4.
Coordinate with project managers and team leaders to determine supply needs.
5.
Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications.
6.
Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
Qualifications:
1.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Purchasing role, preferably within the construction industry.
2.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in Excel formulas and spreadsheets.
3.
Knowledge in Electrical components, systems and safety measures is a plus.
4.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
