Cross-sell additional products with customers to save them money & promote retention.
Maintain email throughout the day; responding promptly to incoming emails.
Maintain records of service & quoting activity and referrals received for back office tracking.
Answer phones and assist customers or redirect to correct team member when necessary.
Notate systems with vital customer interaction information as needed.
Bilingual Agents:
Provide sales or service assistance to Spanish speaking customers and clients as needed.
RequirementsNC Property & Casualty Licensed Preferred, if not licensed we provide licensing options.
Enthusiastic personality with a hunger to help customers and cross-sell policies.
Ability to urgently assist clients when the need arises.
Positive disposition with the ability to work in a team environment.

Self-starter, able to work independently once trained.
