Schedule can be 8, 10 or 12 hr. days; 10's and 12's Monday - Friday, (1 needed) 4-10's a week


REQUIRED:


State license; active, unrestricted


Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
NC license, BLS, ACL, PALS all through AHA,


EMR:
EMR training done on Tuesdays remotely before provider starts


COVID-19 Vaccine Required

2 -6 patients a day


33% peds, 33% Geriatrics 33 Adult


Primarily ortho, ortho trauma, general surgery, plastics, GYN, some peds. No OB or NORA or OB or high acuity pediatrics.

ENT Endo Eyes Ortho OB surgical only GI - Mostly bread and butter. Lots of Ortho, Ent, gyn, general. NO heads, hearts, chests


Will see approximately 2-6 patients per day, adults and healthy peds.
