Responsibilities:
- Perform general data entry duties, including but not limited to:
- Formatting and processing of commission data - Analyze and reconcile accounting data - Make appropriate journal entries - Print, barcode and scan commission statements - Perform data entry tasks, including 10-key typing and inputting commission transactions into accounting software systems -Utilize accounting software such as Applied systems Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is highly desirable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping - Strong analytical and problem solving skills -Enjoys helping others - Professional positive outlook -Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Note:
