Job Description Visio Hype Production Studio is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Agent to join our team.
As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.
With a competitive hourly rate of $21 - $24 per hour and full benefits, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic production studio and make a positive impact on our clients' experiences.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, vendors, and partners regarding our production services, projects, and bookings.
Provide timely and accurate information, address questions and concerns, and offer solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Order Processing:
Assist clients with placing orders, scheduling productions, and coordinating logistics.
Enter and maintain accurate records of orders, bookings, and client communications in our CRM system.
Follow up with clients to confirm details, provide updates, and ensure smooth project execution.
Issue Resolution:
Resolve customer complaints, disputes, or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Investigate problems, gather relevant information, and collaborate with internal teams to find solutions and prevent recurrence of issues.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and attentiveness to their needs.
Proactively communicate with clients to anticipate their needs, address concerns, and provide personalized service.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of Visio Hype's production services, capabilities, and offerings.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations and guidance to clients.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the quality and accuracy of client interactions and deliverables, adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or customer service training preferred.

years of experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in a creative or production-related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think quickly and effectively under pressure.
