Summary:
The Human Resources Associate supports the Human Resources Manager in all aspects of HR including, but not limited to the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the following areas:
employee relations, training, temporary employee management, recruitment, and interviewing.
Responsibilities:
Answers routine inquiries from inside and outside the company on HR-related matters in line with written company policy.
Requisitions temporary personnel from staffing agencies as needed.
Verifies agency employees' time and forwards information to agencies.
Greets visitors/new employees, provides them with personal protective equipment, and escorts them to their designated area Updates ADP Workforcenow for hourly employee changes.
Maintains employment resumes, application forms, etc.
in line with company policy.
Maintains employee personnel files and training records in line with company policies and government regulations.
Maintains the training matrix.
Retains records in line with company record retention requirements.
Coordinates interviews and phone screens.
Utilizes iCIMS applicant tracking system.
Schedules flights, rental cars and hotel reservations as requested.
Maintains communication bulletin boards.
Provides assistance to EHS and other functional groups as required.
Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
Qualifications:
Human Resources experience, strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret information, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables and implement solutions Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) is a must Willing and able to cover for Human Resources Manager as needed Quick Learner Comfortable with unknown but willing to learn by utilizing reputable resources.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
