Human Resources Coordinator Guaranteed Supply Company, a third generation family-owned company, is a leading distributor of construction materials.
We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to work closely with the HR manager and assist with the daily functions of the HR department.

Job Description:
Assist with all phases of the recruitment process including managing the job postings, phone screens, scheduling interviews, as well as conducting background and drug screens and additional pre-employment screens as needed Assist with new hire orientations Attend job fairs from time to time to recruit new talent Ensure all i9 are completed timely and submitted to E-verify Assist with tracking LOA's Work closely with the HR manager on worker's compensation claims Review timesheets weekly to ensure approvals are on track for biweekly payroll processing Update HR system with any personnel changes Coordinate benefit communication to newly eligible employees to ensure timely enrollment Work closely with the HR manager to develop, strategize, and execute projects to help the Company's growth Assist with annual open enrollment and collect all required enrollment forms Assist with 401k enrollment and collect all required enrollment forms Work closely with the HR manager to ensure all employees' inquiries are addressed in a timely manner Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned as needed Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
