This individual will be a first point of contact with our membership and will contribute to a warm, friendly atmosphere for member and guests.
This individual will perform all teller functions, promote all credit union products, complete account maintenance, and open new accounts.
This individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to create and nurture personal relationships.
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Receiving members either in person or by phone Greeting members and processing financial transactions according to procedure and regulations Assisting with all account maintenance Performing research requests and providing follow up for resolution Opening accounts Cross-selling all credit union products by providing member financial education Maintaining a working knowledge of all credit union products, services, and promotions Balancing daily according to procedure Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with needs-based selling Valid driver's license and transportation Ability to work independently or as a team member Interpersonal skills to include diplomacy, tact, and courteous manner Ability to pass a background and employment credit check
