Applicants need to have great social skills and be a quick study with technology and the financial services industry.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Guiding clients through the process of creating a LinkedIn profile Directing clients to the appropriate resources within their company Using screen-sharing to help troubleshoot with LinkedIn onboarding Overseeing the help desk's phone line and email account Tracking activities for client reporting Requirements:
Technology Skills - comfortable with LinkedIn, screen-sharing, etc.
Professionalism - representing our firm with the highest standards Positive Attitude - managing excellent client relationships
