Monday through Friday Base pay plus incentive pay Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Coverage (after 60 days) We are a fun and fast-growing company in need of an Inside Sales Customer Service professional who is a customer-focused problem solver! This position is responsible for processing orders for custom marketing/promotional products from our website, with a high rate of conversion, by being in constant contact with clients, designers, and vendors throughout the day with inbound/outbound calls, emails, and text messages.
The ideal candidate will be an organized person who can multitask and who can provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
Responsibilities and duties:
Receive and process qualified leads to close business opportunities.
Close business opportunities primarily by phone and/or email/chat Exceed individual and team sales targets.
Consistently deliver world-class customer service experience.
Develop and manage comprehensive sales records within compliance using CRM database and tools.
Work internally in a cross-functional team to ensure high performance customer service Engage in personal and team development to enhance a professional sales culture.
Minimum
Qualifications:
At least one year of prior experience in a customer service or inside sales role.
Ability to pass typing test 35 wpm Exceptional ability to multitask in a busy call center environment.
Considered coachable, responsible, reliable, disciplined, persuasive, and punctual.
Positive and upbeat phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office Suite.
Has a strong work ethic and seeks continuous improvement.
High school diploma, 2-year college degree is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
