Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including school buses, vans, limousines, and shuttle buses.
- Transport passengers or goods to their destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading their belongings as needed.
- Follow designated routes and schedules for efficient transportation.
Skills:
- School bus driving:
Experience in safely operating a school bus, ensuring the safety of students during transportation.
- Hospitality:
Ability to provide friendly and courteous service to passengers, creating a positive experience for them.
- Vehicle maintenance:
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and performing minor repairs.
- Mechanical knowledge:
Understanding of vehicle mechanics to identify and troubleshoot minor issues that may arise during transportation.
- Customer service:
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with passengers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Drive:
Possessing a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Limousine:
Familiarity with operating luxury vehicles for special events or private transportation services.
- Delivery driver:
