The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
answering inbound calls, answering questions from customers, selling service packages to customers, scheduling a tech to provide a pest control service, making outbound calls to customers who may have left a voicemail or inquiry, and problem-solving customer complaints.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls Make 30 outbound calls regarding customer inquiries per day.
Sell pest control service packages Maintain a sales close rate of 30% or higher Schedule stops for pest and termite technicians Send one podium customer review per day Respond to potential customer issues or forward complaints to the office manager Update customer cards and information in sales routes Enter new customer information into sales routes Follow company script for providing customer service Live core values of the company.

Requirements:
Be 21
years or older Must be fluent with software applications Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute.
Have excellent communication skills.
