Our customers paint all sorts of things in our booths:
Furniture, Petty Mustangs, speed boats, large signs, coolers, movie props, Violins, Military vehicles, agricultural equipment, prosthetics, golf carts, and much more! Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts.
Offer product recommendations based on customer's needs.
Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the entire sales process, making sure that they ask the correct probing questions to understand what they need.
This position focuses on qualifying leads, offering accurate product information, and giving a high level of customer service.
This position must be detailed-oriented, have good communication skills and have mastered the ability to close a sale.

Inside Sales Requirements and Qualifications Comfortable making calls and talking to new people all day.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers in a professional manner.
The ability to learn technical data.
Is detailed-oriented in everything they do.
Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and product offerings.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
Comfortable with 'leading the call' and asking for the sale.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
