Purpose:
The purpose of the business operations coordinator is to drive the business transfer process by identifying eligible accounts and facilitating the movement of business between all parties to meet onboarding goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Collect and organize data from various sources and structure large data sets to create usable information Collaborate with internal teammates and external partners to extract data figures, create reports, and track KPI's Responsible for using data processing knowledge to facilitate sound business decisions for leadership Critical thinking to determine what data and information is useful for the task Identify areas of improvement and implement change management within business transfer process Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to provide a benefit to the profit center, as it relates to business transfer processes Use data analytics to identify opportunities to enhance processes and workflows by using technology and innovation Review and prepare monthly analyses to measure progress in achieving business transfer process objectives WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience Strong technical knowledge of Insurance Agency Operations and Data Analysis Strong project management skills, proven multitasking, and attention to detail.
Proficient in profit center computer programs such as Vertafore AMS360, as well as Microsoft Office Suite including Dynamics, and insurance company proprietary software We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
