Roles and
Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for current clients.
Proactively address the needs of clients from start to finish to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Provide timely and effective communication to clients.
Identify potential clients and develop relationships with new clients.
Suggest innovative ways to increase sales and new client growth.
Required
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organization skills Able to manage multiple projects.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Valid driver's license? Preferred
