As a Field Office Director, you will:
Provide overall leadership and direction to all staff within the Field Office, through program supervisors, and through direct supervision of front-office FPM staff and outstationed staff; Develop and implement systems to maximize productivity and monitor on-going staff work, to determine the adequacy of that work, to provide for staff development and to allocate or reallocate related resources as needed; Establish and maintain effective internal and interagency partnerships with high level counterparts within HUD, with HUD's Program Directors, and with local counterparts in other Federal, state and local agencies to further mutual goals and cross-program goals and initiatives, and Ensure that available HUD resources are appropriately and efficiently targeted to address identified community priorities and needs, to ensure consistency in service, and to avoid duplication of administrative and program development efforts within HUD You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Experience:
For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Leading, directing or managing programs that provide affordable housing, OR community development OR otherwise improve the conditions of persons living in poverty; AND - Collaborating with high-level Federal, State, and Local officials and organizations to effectively promote your programs goals and objectives.

    $126,810 to $169,763 per year

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
