Global HR Workday Lead/Manager

We are currently engaged with a client seeking a Global HR Workday Lead/Manager on a full time, direct hire basis. In this role, the Workday Lead will be:
Accountable for enabling the HR Business Partners to leverage and optimize HR Technology platforms, primarily Workday.
Manage and deliver global technical system and integration requests as well as enable existing and new Workday HCM functionalities.
Play a critical role building the foundation for a data analytics platform and creating transactional efficiencies to support HR Ops.
Key contributor to drive successful adoption of Workday's overall capabilities to support HR's HCM roadmap.
Create an overall strategic plan for HR to optimize and leverage Workday.
Manage HR technology projects.
Assist project owners with planning and assisting in Change Management to ensure successful adoption
Manage the transition from implementation and maintenance of HR Technology and Systems to a post-implementation support structure.
Work with HR System Support Team to identify, configure and implement new or modified workflow.
Work closely with HR to identify and design dashboards, and analytic reports.
The appropriate individual will have the following
Experience:
Workday implementation and integration.
Project Management.
Expertise with HRIT, HR processes, and analytics.
Ability to operate as HR Systems SME.
Understanding of HR, Payroll and Finance business processes.
Workday certification desirable.
Managing global projects highly desirable.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
