International Exchange Coordinator for EF Exchange Program

Who we are:
EF High School Exchange Year is a nonprofit high school foreign exchange program that connects talented and enthusiastic teenagers from around the world with volunteer American host families across the country. We have become the largest facilitator of high school year programs for exchange students coming into the United States.
What we do:
Facilitate cultural experiences for both host families and international exchange students. In order to grow our program, we are currently building our network of International Exchange Coordinators (IECs) across the country.
Why this could be great for you:
This is a part-time flexible position that can be done on the side. You work in your local community to help grow our exchange program. Responsibilities include networking for interested host families, building relationships with schools, and mentoring students during their exchange experience
You decide your level of involvement based on the number of families you find to host.
You bring exchange to your community and help promote international diplomacy. We look for people interested in creating lasting relationships with exchange students and wanting to increase cultural awareness in their community.
What are the incentives:
We reward our coordinators with cash and travel incentives based on the number of families they find.
On average, local coordinators earn at least $650 for each student they work with including supervision, plus other travel incentives and rewards throughout the year- including great seasonal incentives!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
