Must be able to independently design and carry out experiments -- Plan and perform advanced quantitative and qualitative research procedures in various areas of enzymological research including: protein purification, enzyme purification, enzyme assays, HPLC, electrophoresis analysis, UV-visible spectroscopy, and computer modeling of data.
