provide a customized integrated solution that enables complete asset management, inventory management, work management and call center capabilities built within the toolset available: BMC Remedy 8.1 Incident Management, Asset Management, Request Management
design and develop process flow from service request to work order to asset management
design and develop the ability to create quotes, revise quotes and set quotes as approved
design and develop a data model that has referential integrity to minimize duplication of data and to minimize data inconsistency
create work flow capacities to automate the work order process and asset management process
create data management processes and work flow to maintain and extract work order and asset data for development of costs, work order billing, periodic billing of services (base charges, equipment, features, long distance and voicemail) and auditing
reporting capabilities for this system include printable quotes
provide documentation for maintaining and using the solution
provide a Data Dictionary inclusive to the non-proprietary data model format that includes data names, fields, tables, relationships, and other data design elements
integration with authoritative data systems for department account billing, person information, VoIP phone system (CISCO), space management building system the integration may be manual feed updates with reconciliation process or complete integration with existing system
searchable directory with status indicators
all code that is developed will belong to UNCG ITS

Telephone numbers linked with Work Orders
Telephone numbers linked with Incidents
Telephone numbers linked with wiring charts
Telephone numbers linked with telephone features (voicemail, handsets, etc)
Telephone numbers linked with individuals and/or departments
Telephone numbers linked with billing account information
Telephone numbers and features status and billing account information
Transactions history for Work Orders and automatic update of supporting data
Supporting data management ability not limited to but including: department accounts, space management building system information, costs for features, costs for work order itemsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
