GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH We promote from within Performance is reviewed on a quarterly and annual basis We service all of Central North Carolina, as well as areas surrounding Wilmington & Myrtle Beach Current office locations include Greensboro, Garner and Wilmington Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding, including conducting orientations and preparing paperwork Serve as one of the main points of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and HR databases Oversee vehicle fleet management system and operations Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives Stay up-to-date with HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR activities Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field At least 1-year experience in a Human Resources role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Ability to work across multiple different systems Ability to work well in a team environment Why Join Us:
