Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, with responsibilities including:
1Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing systems, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.2Enhancing manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.3Assuring product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished- product and process capabilities, and establishing standards to confirm manufacturing processes.4Providing manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future requirements.5Improving manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.6Assisting in the design and execution of prototypes and manufacturing process plans.7Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to increase performance of production, quality, and reduce costs.8Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design and process changes.9Providing support in the development of health & safety procedures for the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Manufacturing Engineer position will bring a strong skill set and experience including:
1A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.2A minimum of 3
years of experience in the field of Manufacturing Engineering.3Proven experience in flow manufacturing and continuous improvement.4Strong technical understanding of manufacturing techniques, construction methods, and industrial engineering.5Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.6Proficient in using computer software, including CAD, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.7Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.8Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.9A commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.10A proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in all work processesIf you are a driven individual who enjoys the challenge of improving manufacturing processes and systems, we would love to hear from youThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in the construction industryApply today to take the next step in your engineering career.Interested in hearing more?
