Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, with responsibilities including:
1Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing systems, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.2Enhancing manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.3Assuring product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished- product and process capabilities, and establishing standards to confirm manufacturing processes.4Providing manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future requirements.5Improving manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.6Assisting in the design and execution of prototypes and manufacturing process plans.7Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to increase performance of production, quality, and reduce costs.8Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design and process changes.9Providing support in the development of health & safety procedures for the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Manufacturing Engineer position will bring a strong skill set and experience including:
1A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.2A minimum of 3
