The Supply Technician will accurately and efficiently portion, pull, stock, rotate, clean and organize various food stuffs in all storage and prep areas according to state, federal, health code, and company standards.
May have access to non-controlled medication storage areas on the patient care areas if and only when their job responsibilities require that access, such as transferring non-controlled substance medications from one storage location site to another or when helping other licensed healthcare professionals retrieve non-controlled substance medications.

Responsibilities:
Attends all allergy and foodborne illness in-service training - Cleans and sanitizes workstation according to regulatory rules and procedures - Comply with all HACCP procedures and policies - Estimates food requirements - Inspect work station for compliance and service standards - Keeps records and requisition for supplies/ equipment as needed - May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned - May receive inventory, move and lift foodstuffs and supplies and deliver meals for various functions - Provides general stocking duties in production and service areas - Read recipes and or product directions -
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Required Preferred:
Culinary certificate or degree
Experience:
0-2 years of related work experience, Preferred Required:
Basic knowledge of operation of equipment LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
REQUIRED PREFERRED Serve-safe certificate, culinary degree or certificate.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
