Greensboro Auto Auction, also known as GAA, is locally owned and operated.
Based in Greensboro, North Carolina, GAA is comprised of three facilities on over 260
acres utilizing over 850 employees.
We are currently recruiting for a Sale Day Office Coordinator.
This position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits including major medical health insurance, dental, vision, life and 401K.

Duties:
Handle deposits (checks, incoming ACH/Wires) Balance daily sales Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail and packages Work closely with finance companies Assist on sale days with all functions of the sale Team environment, support other teams with various administrative tasks Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good patience and professionalism Work in a fast pace environment, must be organized and reliable with prioritizing and multi-task abilities Knowledge of basic bookkeeping skills Follow office work flow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency Experience in customer service Micro-Soft office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)highly proficient (program used is AS-400, our version) Must be very detailed oriented because money is involved.
Accuracy is imperative Need to be a self- starter who follows through until the end of a process Overtime is not unexpected on sale days.
This area can have sales on both Tuesday and Wednesday during the busy season.
During the summer months, the sales are only on Wednesdays Some title experience and/or college education would be preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
