Field Operations Manager

physical property management, financial services, administrative services, and technology services.
Description Triad based property maintenance company seeking a field operations manager.
Previous experience in construction or home maintenance preferred but not necessarily required for the right candidate.
Work environment is fast paced, and candidate must be able to multitask and be detail oriented while managing various projects simultaneously.
Duties include:
-Coordinating maintenance and repair projects for an HOA management company consisting of townhome, condominium, and single-family communities-Receiving and assigning work orders, follow-up, and sub-contractor communication-Project estimates and job-pricing for various scopes of work-Communication with vendors, homeowners, property managers, and job-site investigations-Following up with work orders on site and meeting with contractors, board members, and HOA manager to establish scope of work as necessary.
-Scheduling the management of and follow up on projects of all major work performed.
-Attendance at board meetings as needed.
Position Requirements Necessary skills:
-Construction background preferred-Must have basic computer proficiency and comfortable sending and receiving large volume of emails each day.
Experience in QuickBooks is a plus.
Ability to learn and locate information in company software platforms.
-Ability to work both in team environment and independently.
