The VP of Payroll Operations will be responsible for the oversight of the companys payroll services for their US-based activities.
This position is a senior leadership role within the organization and will be looked upon to provide a high level of service as well as improvements with the payroll operations.
This position will work closely with the leadership team across the organization.
Responsibilities for the VP Payroll Operations position will include:
Manage the workflow of payroll operations, processes, and strategies for 3000
employees Ensure flow of data from Workday payroll system is accurately reported to third parties Reconcile global financial payroll ledgers Partner with HR and CFO/Controllers on payroll accounting and reporting Manage internal and external payroll audits Assist with SOX processes pertaining to payroll operations.
Oversight for long-term incentive plans and expatriate pay Qualified VP Payroll Operations candidates will possess:
BS/BA in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance 10
years payroll accounting experience Experience with Workday required Public company experience required International payroll experience a plus Experience managing and leading teams Knowledge of payroll taxes and year end reporting Strong communication skills The VP Payroll Operations is a hybrid position based out of Greensboro, NC.
Charlotte, NC candidates can also be considered.
