The Fund specializes in managing distressed homes, using software-driven operations to scale across dozens of mTechnician/Handyman to execute a consistent, high volume of service related projects in the market.
Maintenance Technician will inspect, repair, and maintain homes within a given submarket.
Working with small teams and independently, they will respond to all assigned work orders and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner while making sure quality standards are met across dozens of markets.
We're looking for a jack of all trades partner.
Experienced in Carpentry, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Tasks including but not limited to:
Secure Home Re-Secure Home Winterize Home Vacancy Check Wellness Check on Vacant Home Wellness Check on Occupied Home Minor Pre-Reno Repair (.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
