Work collaboratively within the assigned department and other departments in the facility.

Reach and maintain required production rate for department Run automatic and or semi automatic machines Ensures proper safety equipment in place prior to operation Verifies materials meet quality and product standards for assigned task Accurately assembles components to make finished product in accordance with specifications Ensures exceptional levels of quality during production Alerts supervisor of any quality defects Prepares only high-quality products for shipping Folds, bags, seals, and boxes individual items Packs individual items into shipping boxes; seals and labels shipping boxes Thoroughly cleans machines and work areas Communicate effectively on how to improve productivity, equipment maintenance, reduce costs, etc.

Work Experience Required
Experience:
Less than 1 year Experience providing general labor and support in a production and manufacturing setting.
Physical Demands and Work Environment Able to stand for 8 hours Bending, lifting, reaching Prolonged standing and use of dexterities Able to lift to 25 pounds Noise in the work environment is generally moderate.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
