Greensboro, NC Greensboro, NC Full-time Full-time From $16 an hour From $16 an hour 11 days ago 11 days ago 11 days ago We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining and repairing different areas of the property.
This is achieved by performing work orders, assisting in the maintenance of interior and exterior systems.
Perform routine maintenance on individual apartments, common areas, and amenity areas.
Prepare vacant units for new move-ins.
Perform routine preventive maintenance.
Assist in monitoring the grounds.
On-call nights/weekends will be required.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, interior/exterior repairs, janitorial , painting/drywall, appliances, etc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
