Summary The Crew Payroll Analyst performs analytical tracking of hours for crew members and provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers in assigned areas including but not limited to.
Organizes and reviews monthly reports ensuring that pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
Qualifications Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and meeting deadlines Ability to handle highly confidential information Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic Ability to work in a team and independently Demonstrated experience in being a self-starter Ability to deal with internal/external customers with enthusiasm and professionalism Strong verbal and written skills are essential Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, FOS, etc.
) Strong payroll and analytical skills.
Proficient with payroll software.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred, but not required.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities Reviews hours in Blue One for duty time and per diem payments Prepare monthly reports for accuracy and completeness for upload into the ADP system Data entry of verified information into various reporting items Prepare crew payroll spreadsheets, verify bonus requests and special pay items for payroll.
Respond to employee inquiries in timely manner regarding hour evaluation requests and identify shortage and overpayment amounts for correction Compile and track information received from various departments in preparation for supplemental payment processing.
Review day off credit and verify totals.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions including but not limited to confidentiality requirements.
