4 Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description Job Summary Under the supervision of the Site Director / Center Manager, the Organizational and Staff Development Manager (OSDM) plans, develops, implements, administers, coordinates, and evaluates development and training programs for the organization.
Organizational Interventions, focus on broader areas of change - relationships, interactions, dynamics, processes, policies, systems, structures, technologies, culture, and directions.
This manager also acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.
In partnership with the leadership team, this leader is also responsible for the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Additionally, the OSDM is responsible for special projects related to PACE 2.
0 and Expansion.
This position is continuously seeking opportunities to improve participant and caregiver experiences.
The OSDM will establish strong relationships across the organization and partner with all levels of the organization to work towards shared goals in translating the mission, vision, and values into a strategy for growth.
Specifications Education and Special Training:
A bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Experience:
The OSDM position requires 3 to 5 years of management experience including supervisory experience.
PACE experience strongly preferred.
Experience developing, designing, implementing, and evaluating effective curriculum and or training programs strongly preferred.
Experience leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives preferred.
Licensure, Registry or Certification Required:
Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM(TM)) preferred.
Valid NC driver's license and vehicle required.
Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:
Knowledge of the following required:
Organizational Development Theory; Adult Learning Principles; Group Dynamics; System Theory and Quality Improvement Processes; Adult Learning styles, Change Management, Human Behavior, Participative Training design and Interactive Learning Methods.
Must have excellent people skills and a passion for improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency by increasing the capacity for individuals, groups, and organizations to adapt to change; Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills required.
A record of leading authentically, building trusting relationships and creating highly engaged teams preferred; Ability to prioritize and execute key objectives; Proven ability to understand and strategically address organizational issues; Ability to build consensus and influence change; experience with change management and conflict resolution required; Coaching/mentorship experience preferred, Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; Exemplary critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.

Must meet a standardized set of competencies for the specific position description established by PACE of Guilford and Rockingham Counties and approved by CMS before working independently.
Organizational Development Responsible for developing and implementing programs that align workforce with key business strategies and initiatives.
Creates and implements programs at PACE that connect team members with the organization's mission, vision, values, and goals.
Consult with leadership to identify business processes.
Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet organizational goals.
Work with Executive Director to create strategic planning methods.
Identify collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
In collaboration with leadership, implement changes in operations.
Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
Recommend training and development systems.
Create definitions of desired individual and or group performance.
Sustain the organization's human capital by instilling and reinforcing a strong development culture with programs and practices supported by the Board of Directors and the Leadership Team; Develop and facilitate programs that support a culture of sustainability and growth; Organizational Interventions, will focus on broad areas of change - relationships, interactions, dynamics, processes, policies, systems, structures, technologies, culture, and directions.
Staff Development & Training Assesses, plans, and structures activities designed to help team members and/or departments achieve quality performance.
Create training programs focused on changing knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
Serves as the organization's in-house subject matter expert.
Assist with the creation and updating of competency tools.
Utilizes organizational structures and procedures to facilitate access to learning, education, and training; Manages monthly, quarterly, and annual staff education requirements per guidelines; Manages the organization's leadership and supervisory teams educational, training and development initiatives; Assist with organization's onboarding, retention and expansion initiatives to support talent acquisition and succession planning; Designs, develops and implements educational programs across various delivery mediums, including in-person training, e-learning modules, as well as on the job training that accompanies a concrete process for assessing, measuring, and tracking program success.
Provides and/or assists employees in identifying available resources to achieve continuing educational requirements if applicable.
Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Works in partnership with the Leadership Team to systematically promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughcompany-wide DEI programs.
Plan and direct organization's DEI strategy including developing and implementing a strategic roadmap that aligns the organization's DEI goals with the business outcomes.
Serve as the organization's leader in championing the vision of DEI in the organization and communities served.
Create and lead a collaborative DEI council.
Innovation & Special Projects Reimagines the experience of new and current participants and families and other stakeholders.
Proposes and implements new experiences for participants, families, and other stakeholders.
Proposes innovative products and business models aimed at enhancing care and services.
Implements and leads the plan to create a culture of innovation in collaboration with leadership.
Implements special projects as assigned.
