Full-time, Non-exempt Location:
Greensboro, NC The Technical Data Acquisition / Data Entry Specialist 1 is responsible for activities that support the creation and continuation of Noregon's diagnostic software.
The candidate will have the ability communicate with OEMs and third-party equipment providers, perform high-speed data entry of technical information, and verify and audit the data from various sources.
The candidate should have the technical aptitude to analyze and cross reference multiple sets of data from various platforms.
This role requires a creative, process-driven, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
This role reports to the Coverage Group Manager and requires working closely with Data Entry peers, engineers, and supporting departments as needed.
Key
Responsibilities:
Ability to work with OEM and third-party providers of heavy equipment.
Experience with or willingness to learn to connect to vehicles.
Ability to perform highspeed data entry of technical data coming from multiple formats with emphasis on quality.
Ability to perform ongoing data review within multiple platforms to recognize discrepancies, quality issues and communicate areas for process improvement.
Coordinate and communicate with project lead and management for status of project-related documents.
Ability to read and understand documentation requirements.
Communicate clearly and concisely with?stakeholders.
Validate content sourced from written products for accuracy and completeness using multiple platforms.
Strong technical writing and computer processing skills are required.
Background in technology with prior hands-on experience with databases and data analysis.
Review data entry methods and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and content.
Experience working both independently and as a team working on a deliverable.
Work Environment:
On-site position in a professional office environment.
The role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Education &
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required with an associate degree preferred.
Knowledge of data platforms, data integration, cataloging and XML file knowledge preferred.
Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics is a plus.
Excel Skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements:
This is largely a sedentary role; basic motor skills and manual dexterity for extensive computer usage are required.
Sitting for extended periods of time is required.
Talking, hearing and close vision abilities are required.
