The Project Manager/Estimator leads and actively participates in the timely and profitable execution of individual projects as assigned by the Supervisor (Regional Manager, Branch Manager, or Department Manager). He or she must understand and deliver all jobs on time and within budget and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this position has a college degree in a related field and at least five years of increasingly responsible project management experience with supervisory/leadership responsibilities. Formal Project Management training and/or certification and previous experience with water/fire/smoke damage, mold remediation and repair, and any other emergency/disaster recovery or repair is highly preferred. He or she has a valid and unrestricted driver''s license, the appropriate math skills (calculations, geometry, etc.), and follows and enforces established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment. In addition, he or she has strong organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
